Controls of Drafting Researches on Scientific Signs 

1-     Identify the notion of the research, writing it and choosing the suitable heading. It is to be noted that the research should be a novelty in its field or a further addition to a previous work.

2-     Observe integration, coherence, and balance amongst the elements of the research in accordance with the scientific methodology adopted in drafting researches.

3-     Comply with the exegeses of the texts of Quraan and Sunnah, especially gathering the relevant texts together with ensuring authenticity, deducing the semantically relevant proofs, the abstract of commentators’ opinions and observing the Islamic Sahria'a interests as regards the above.

4-     Verify the establishment of the scientific facts, and not to endorse theories that lack scientific proof.

5-     Prove the aspect of scientific sign in a clear and concise language without resorting to undue explication.

6-     Avoid impartiality and fanatic adherence to the ideas and proofs presented by the researcher, non reliance upon personal convictions, avoid argumentative method of proof, and to avoid, as much as possible, the controversial issues.

7-     Adhere to objectivity while writing by avoiding redundancy and digression, as well as abusive brevity, together with keenness to easily and clearly present the results.

8-     Adhere to scientific honesty by authenticating quotations, stating the reference of texts and accrediting the efforts of others.

9-     Annex indices for references, texts, and illustrative figures, tables and pictures the research contains.

   NB: The Commission is not under obligation to return the rejected researches to their respective authors.

The researcher has to submit the following

1- The research written using word processor (Microsoft Word).

2- An abstract of the research not to exceed (600) words including the following;

     a- The text reflecting the scientific sign (the Quarnic Verse or Hadith)

     b- The scientific fact related to the text

     c- The aspect of scientific sign in the text

3- The abstract to be submitted in the Conference not to exceed (2500) words

4- The transparent or power point slides to be presented in the Conference (N.B. the time limit for presentation is 20 minutes)

5- Curriculum Vitae, the Researcher Data Form

6- The required documents will be addressed at papers@aleijaz,cc or saved on CD, together with a hard copy mailed to the Commission’s address P.O. Box 5736 Makkah al- Moacarramah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
